Please read these terms carefully before using the rc77 platform — this is a legal agreement between you and us that defines the rights and responsibilities of every member.

By accessing the site, opening an account, or using any service, you will be considered to have agreed to all the terms described below. 1. Definitions & Introduction

In this document, "rc77", "we", "our", or "platform" refers to the rc77 online casino and betting service, operated under the domain https://rc77.bar. "User", "member", "player", or "you" refers to any person who visits or registers on this site.

"Services" refers to all online gaming, sports betting, live casino, slot games, fishing games, and all related digital services provided by rc77.

"Taka" or the "৳" symbol refers to the Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All financial transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To use rc77's services, you must be at least 21 years of age. This platform provides services only to those aged 21 and above. Minors are strictly prohibited from opening or using an account. Providing false information about your age creates liability for legal and financial consequences.

Notice: We may request documents for identity verification at any time. Account activity may be restricted until verification is complete.

2.2 Registration Terms

When opening an account, you must provide accurate and complete information, including:

  • Your real name (as per your national ID card or passport)
  • An active mobile number or email address
  • Your correct date of birth
  • A valid password

Each person may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts under the same person's name, the same mobile number, or the same identity is strictly prohibited. rc77 reserves the full right to reject or approve any registration request.

3. Account Security & Responsibility

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Account details must not be shared with anyone else. The member is personally liable for any loss resulting from account access or operation by a third party.

If you suspect that your account details are being used without authorization, notify our support team immediately. rc77 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account if you did not notify us in a timely manner.

Tip: Use a strong password for security — a password combining uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters is the most secure.

4. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Terms

The following terms apply when depositing funds at rc77:

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (per method)
  • Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket
  • Funds will be added to your account once the deposit is successfully verified
  • You may not use another person's payment method when depositing — the method must belong to the account holder

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The following terms must be followed when withdrawing funds:

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000
  • Withdrawal time: processing is generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours
  • Withdrawals can only be made using the same method that was used to deposit
  • Withdrawals may be delayed if a verification process is pending
  • Funds earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirements have been met
Important: rc77 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals or review accounts in cases of fraudulent activity or suspicious transactions.

4.3 Account Balance

Funds held in your account are non-interest-bearing. rc77 does not pay any interest or profit on your balance. For accounts that remain inactive for an extended period, the platform may apply a separate inactivity policy, which will be communicated by separate notice.

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at rc77 have the opportunity to receive a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.

  • Example: ৳1,000 deposit → ৳2,000 bonus → total balance of ৳3,000
  • Example: ৳16,000 deposit → ৳15,000 bonus → total balance of ৳31,000 (bonus capped at the maximum limit)

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A 15x wagering requirement must be met before the welcome bonus can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applies only to the bonus amount — not to the deposit amount.

Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = ৳30,000 — a total of ৳30,000 must be wagered to withdraw funds earned from the bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

  • Each bonus has its own expiry and terms, which are stated in the bonus description
  • Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically approved
  • rc77 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time
  • In the event of a bonus terms violation, the bonus and any associated winnings may be cancelled
  • If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the account may be closed

6. Game Rules & Fairness

rc77 believes in a fair play policy as a safe and reliable platform. All our games are operated using technology from accredited game providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Ezugi, Microgaming, and others.

The outcome of every game is determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is impartial and verifiable. It is not possible for any player or external party to influence the outcome of a game.

6.1 Betting Limits

Each game and betting market has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed in the game interface. rc77 reserves the right to change these limits at any time.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a game is left incomplete due to a technical error or disconnection, rc77 retains the right to make the final decision on the outcome of that game. Any winnings received as a result of an obvious software error will be considered void.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rc77 platform:

  • Attempting any form of fraud, deception, or manipulation
  • Operating multiple accounts or claiming multiple bonuses
  • Transferring account ownership or details to another person
  • Using the platform for money laundering or to conceal the source of illegal funds
  • Participating in games using automated software or bots
  • Attempting to interfere with or damage the platform's security systems
  • Harassing, threatening, or behaving inappropriately toward other players
  • Bonus abuse — systematically following strategies to circumvent bonus terms
Consequences: Engaging in any of the above activities will result in immediate account closure, cancellation of all bonuses and associated winnings, and legal action where necessary.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 rc77's Authority

rc77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any part of these terms and conditions
  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity
  • Failure to verify documents or providing false information
  • Security risks or financial irregularities

8.2 Closure Request by the Member

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining balance (subject to bonus and wagering terms) may be withdrawn before the account is closed.

9. Limitation of Liability

rc77 is not liable for the following:

  • Loss due to internet disconnection or power outage
  • Loss due to disruption of services by third parties (payment providers, game developers)
  • Loss due to a fault in your device or software
  • Loss resulting from unauthorized access due to sharing your account details with others
  • Loss due to service unavailability during technical maintenance

rc77's maximum liability in any case will be limited to the amount deposited in the relevant transaction.

Technical Maintenance: We may temporarily take the site offline for routine maintenance. Appropriate support will be provided for payments in progress or ongoing games during this time.

10. Responsible Gaming

rc77 firmly believes in responsible gaming. We want every player to enjoy gaming as a form of entertainment, not as a source of addiction.

  • You can set deposit and betting limits on your account
